General Policy
Tax ID Bijoux Wave, we are wholesale company, and we require all customers to provide a valide RESALE tax ID number at the time of registration. For more information, please visit your local IRS office or IRS website. Accounts with False / Fake Tax ID numbers will be closed/de-activated without notice.
Minimum Purchase Amount We have minimum purchase amount of $50.00. Some items have minimum quantity requirement in addition to total order amount restriction. Your cart will display message during checkout if any of these 2 requirements are not met
Payment We currently accept following payment options:
Visa, Master, American Express, PayPal
S hipping Most orders are shipped out on the same day if ordered & paid before 2:00pm PST.
All orderes are shipped via UPS except for Hawaii: USPS Priority, USPS Flat Rate Priority.(generally cheaper to ship USPS in this region.)Once order is shipped, tracking information can be found in My Account area & customers will receive shipping confirmation email.Even though our website inventory system is realtime, manual inventory update is being made at 5:00pm at best of our effort. However, there are chances where some of our item could be unavailable due to human/computer error. In that case, we will ship only what we have at the time of order preparation. Orders cannot be cancelled for the reason of not all items are available. WE DO NOT SUBSTITUTE WITHOUT OUR CUSTOMER'S AGREEMENT.
R eturns Call or Email us for a return authorization.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable unless return is direct result of Bijoux Wave''s fault.(Including all refused and unaccepted packages.)
A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL returned goods that were shipped as ordered, and/or returned after 2 days from the receipt date.(Please notify us within 2 days to avoid these charges.)
Once credit card has been charged(after shipping confirmation email has been sent), no change can be made to the order.
We are not responsible for color fade after reasonable time passes, and due to excessive humidity, chemical contact, etc.International Orders - International orders from other than Canada requires extra verification.(photo copy of credit card(front & back), ID.)
- If not provided, credit card authorization will be voided, and only bank wire transfer is allowed as a payment form.
- All orders MUST be shipped to the billing address that is on file with credit card issuer if paid by credit card. Sorry, no exceptions.
- If customer pays with paypal, paypal shipping address MUST be verified, and orders will be shipped to verified address only.
